Executive Assistant (Support CEO)

About the Company

Our company is operating in the financial services and digital asset exchange industry. We are looking for a capable Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing the Singapore operations. As the CEO travels frequently overseas, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams, business partners, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on projects and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Handle confidential documents and correspondence with professionalism.
• Assist in coordinating the Singapore office and daily business operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documents.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least a few years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
