Telesales Executive (Banking)

Job description:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the Bank's products and services.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable banking solutions based on their requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
• Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Record customer interactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
• Adhere to the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in telesales, customer service, call centre, or sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging customers over the phone.
• Customer-oriented, driven, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
