Job Summary
The role supports the CEO Office and Corporate Planning function by driving organisational strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring strong execution of transformation priorities across NESST.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate planning, annual work planning, and organisational strategic initiatives to align with business goals
- Track KPIs, workplans, and cross-functional priorities to monitor progress and inform decision-making
- Conduct environmental scanning, research, and benchmarking to provide insights for strategic decisions
- Prepare management and Board papers, presentations, and briefing materials to communicate key information clearly
- Ensure strong follow-through on action items and decisions to drive timely completion of initiatives
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives to achieve organisational objectives
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments and teams to drive execution and resolve operational issues
- Engage and influence internal stakeholders, including Heads of Departments, to align efforts and deliver outcomes
- Support meetings, workshops, and workgroups by preparing materials and facilitating discussions
- Present updates and materials at management and Board levels when required to inform leadership
- Provide secretariat support for Board, management, and MOM-related meetings by preparing agendas, papers, and minutes
- Produce clear, concise, and accurate minutes and written documentation to maintain effective records
- Support internal communications and reporting to keep teams informed and aligned
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills demonstrated through preparation of management papers and stakeholder engagement
- Proven project management skills with ability to drive follow-through and execution across functions
- Clear writing and minute-taking ability for accurate documentation and communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Around 3-4 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business development, innovation, partnerships, or project management
- Innovation mindset with openness to new ideas and approaches
- Ability to think laterally and work across functions with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
