Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support end-to-end Human Resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR administration, and compliance to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across recruitment channels.
- Prepare job advertisements, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring reports.
- Co-ordinates offer preparation, employer branding initiatives and career events.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Payroll, Benefits& HR Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Administer CPF, leave, attendance, claims and employee benefits.
- Manage income tax submissions and statutory filings.
- Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters.
- Support HR reporting, HRIS maintenance and vendor coordination.
Compliance & Work Pass Administration
- Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum2 years of HR generalist experience covering both Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
- Experience in payroll processing and Singapore HR practices (CPF, tax, MOM work pass).
- Experience in the semiconductor, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with BIPO or Timesoft HRIS is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
