Job Summary

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and field service operations to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction at Telistar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with customers and Field Engineers to ensure timely service completion
• Escalate non-compliance issues to the CS Delivery Manager for resolution
• Dispatch Field Service Engineers and assign service orders based on helpdesk advice or team lead instructions to optimize field operations
• Prepare accurate billing for completed preventive maintenance services to support financial processes
• Generate reports using Excel functions including VLOOKUP and pivot tables to analyze service data and support decision-making
• Answer customer calls and register service requests in the service management system following call management processes and quality standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of SAP and MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) to manage data and reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coordinate with field teams
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
