Membership Sales Executive

The role of Membership Sales Executive is a specialised role designed to add onsite support at our premium hotel partner’s dining venues. The role has a direct report to TouchPoint’s Senior Management Team, while day to day working with the hotel’s F&B Director or other designated position with the hotel.

The Membership Sales Executive's primary role is twofold:

1. Providing a strong level of member support - creating a pleasant onsite experience for hotel members.
2. Onboarding new hotel members and hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities and KPIs

• To grow the hotel member base.
• To provide assistance to members regarding membership matters.
• To work closely with the hotel F&B team in supporting member experiences, ensuring that it is positive and memorable.
• To keep yourself updated with relevant hotel happenings.
• To create stronger levels of member recognition through hotel events and promotions.
• To maintain close communication with TouchPoint and hotel management, reporting on KPIs.
• To assist in the planning, execution and hosting of member events at the hotel as required
• To attend regular hotel F&B meetings as required.

Salary

• $3500 - $5000
• Commission linked to new member on-boarding
• All other entitlements (including annual leave, PH pay and CPF) in line with MOM.

Location and Working Hours

• On-site at partner hotel.
• Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 9pm.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus).
• Experience in service/ hospitality/ sales industry is preferred.
