About the Role:

Looking for an experienced HR Executive to support a wide range of HR generalist functions, including:

🔹 Learning & Development & training administration

🔹 Employee engagement activities & events

🔹 Recruitment & interview coordination

🔹 New hire onboarding & work pass matters

🔹 Payroll administration & verification

🔹 Employee offboarding & exit processes

🔹 HRIS, leave, claims & time management systems

🔹 Benefits administration

🔹 Personnel file management & HR documentation

🔹 Vendor management & general HR administration

🔹 Other HR projects and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

☑ Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

☑ At least 2 years of HR experience

☑ Manufacturing experience preferred

☑ Proficient in Microsoft Office

☑ Good communication and interpersonal skills

☑ Able to work independently with minimal supervision

☑ Positive, confident, self-motivated & team-oriented

☑ Familiar with Singapore employment legislation
