Your Role

As a Personal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized banking experience to customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

• Understand customers' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Offer sound financial advice in accordance with regulatory and bank guidelines
• Proactively engage with customers to deepen relationships and drive new business opportunities
• Work closely with other banking teams, including Priority Banking and Business Banking
• Ensure smooth and high-quality customer service experience
• Conduct KYC/CDD and maintain customer portfolio updates

What We’re Looking For

✔ Diploma/Degree in any field
✔ Experience as a Relationship Manager or Personal Banker is a plus!
✔ Candidates with insurance sales experience are welcome to apply
✔ Strong sales acumen and proven ability to meet targets
✔ Passion for customer engagement and financial advisory
