Executive - Product Planning (Fresh Graduate Welcomed to apply)

The Product Planning Executive monitors market dynamics, product competitiveness, pricing, and regulatory changes across assigned regional markets. You will serve as the core link between regional teams, local sales units, and principal partners to drive product positioning, market intelligence, training readiness, and special-edition model initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly industry volumes (TIV), competitor pricing, tax changes, and market trends to support strategic price negotiations and business reviews.

• Product Management & Positioning: Update market price-positioning charts, evaluate future-model specifications for market suitability/homologation, and maintain accurate product information across brochures, websites, and collateral.

• Stakeholder & Project Coordination: Address daily product queries, liaise with local teams to consolidate specification feedback, and coordinate with Regional Marketing on special-edition models and accessorized packages.

• Training & Resources: Maintain and update product-training syllabi, FAQs, and enablement resources to ensure local sales and training teams are equipped for new model launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in regional product management, market research, or sales operations (automotive sector preferred).

• Strong analytical, data management, and cross-border communication skills.
