Order Fulfillment Executive (Customer Experience Executive, B2B/ Food indus/ Logistics/ Senoko Drive/ 4K)

• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8-5pm
• Working Location: Warehouse Office/ Senoko Drive
• Annual Leave: 14 days per year (additional 1 day per year, up to20 days)

Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a positive and consistent experience across all customer touchpoints. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and high service standards. The position also supports customer retention and business growth by building good relationships, identifying service improvement opportunities, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback through appropriate communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, logistics, or finance to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Support order processing, service delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up where required.
• Participate in night calls if any with US headquarters if needed.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word.).
