Responsibilities
- On-site standby for immediate response to incidents.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report faulty items to the Engineer.
- Escort and supervise S&M or Repair work, actively participating in hands-on tasks.
- Monitor chiller plant performance, assisting the Engineer in optimization efforts.
- Ensure proper documentation of Service Reports for periodic S&M and address customer complaints.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience or above in Chiller, ACMV, HVAC. On-site stationed.
- Experience in liaising with third-party service deliverers.
- Nitec or Diploma in related engineering filed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to support shift work/ overtime if needed.
