Business Development Manger

Dreams Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is hiring! We are looking for an experienced, driven, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) project acquisition and execution.

Position Overview

• Role: Business Development Manager (ACMV)

• Salary: SGD $7,000 – SGD $12,000 per month

• Location: Singapore

• Company: Dreams Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, source, and secure new commercial and industrial ACMV projects across Singapore.

• Tendering & Quotation: Lead the end-to-end quotation process, prepare competitive project proposals, and negotiate contract terms with main contractors and clients.

• Site Management & Project Execution: Oversee site operations to ensure ACMV projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, MEP consultants, sub-contractors, and vendors.
