Job Summary

Deliver professional facial treatments and drive sales of services, products and packages while supportingdaily outlet operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, cleanenvironment and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and body treatments to meet client skincare needs and enhance satisfaction
• Drive sales of services, products and packages by engaging customers and explaining benefits
• Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist branch manager with daily outlet operations including stock management and appointment scheduling
• Collaborate effectively with spa team members to create a seamless and positive customer experience
• Maintain outlet safety standards and cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Hold a professional certification in beauty and spa
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of sales experience in beauty & spa industry
• Exhibit self-motivation to achieve sales targets
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to multitask and engage customers effectively
• Present a well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude
