💼 What You’ll Be Doing
• Support daily warehouse and online order operations
• Process sales, customer orders, refunds and online enquiries
• Order, receive, organise and manage inventory/stocks
• Handle stock returns from customers and to vendors
• Coordinate warehouse distribution to outlets
• Process online orders and arrange deliveries with logistics providers
• Assist with roster planning and warehouse manpower coordination
• Monitor sales traffic and collate sales data

📝 Who We’re Looking For
• Higher NITEC / NITEC / A Levels preferably with retail experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, detail-oriented and a good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift at least 5kg and perform regular standing, bending and stock handling
