Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Monitor and review Mortality & Morbidity (M&M) submissions from clinical departments, ensuring timely follow-up on action plans.
- Identify existing and emerging clinical risks across the organization and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Investigate clinical incidents and recommend practical interventions to enhance patient safety and care quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous quality improvement and risk management efforts.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support decision-making and organizational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
