HR Business Partner (Medical, up to $6K) #HYN

Who We Need

Join the team and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to drive smooth day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will:

• Provide business leaders with expert HR advice, guidance, and support on best practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding.
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with government regulations while optimizing internal processes.

How to Succeed

• Strong analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful in managing HR processes and challenges.
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) is a plus.
