⏰ Working Hours:

Mon – Fri, Office Hours

💰 Salary:

$12/hr

Job Scope:

• Handle administrative tasks related to billing, including data entry in SAP

• Support subvention processes via the ILTC portal

• Assist with subsidy applications and related documentation

• Coordinate admissions and visits for Home Care Services

• Perform general administrative duties, including filing and document management

• Handle phone enquiries and facilitate communication on healthcare administrative and financial matters

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in a Science-related discipline OR GCE ‘O’ Level with relevant Accounting/Mathematics subjects

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Administration and Finance

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with administrative systems such as SAP

• Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Able to understand and communicate work-related enquiries clearly and effectively
