Receptionist Anglo-Chinese School (Junior)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders.
• Provide first aid and basic support to students when required.
• Manage the First Aid Room, including stock-taking, packing and basic cleaning.
• Prepare and pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students.
• Manage lost & found items and maintain proper records.
• Prepare reports such as meal voucher and wellness/injury reports.
• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a primary school.
• Valid First Aid with CPR & AED certification.
• Good multitasking, organisational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, efficient and able to handle assigned duties independently.

Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 8:00am–5:30pm
• Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
• 1-hour lunch break included.
• No work on weekends and gazetted public holidays.
