Roles & Responsibilities
- To support the Fleet Crewing Manager in managing daily crew operations.
- Help with organizing crew schedules, managing crew changes, and following up with the necessary people.
- Assist in arranging travel for crew members when they join or leave their assignments (this includes booking flights, arranging visas, accommodation, etc.).
- Make sure crew candidates meet all required qualifications (like medical checks and certificates).
- Help out with all crew-related matters.
- Do data entry, and handle recording, printing, and filing of documents.
- Maintain an organized and user-friendly filing system to keep track of all department documents.
