Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and consultative financial needs analysis to understand clients’ goals and recommend appropriate banking and wealth solutions.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships through regular engagement, market updates, and ongoing advisory support.
• Actively promote a comprehensive range of banking and wealth management solutions, including investments, bancassurance, and lending products.
• Deliver tailored financial strategies aligned with clients’ risk profiles and financial objectives.
• Drive branch sales performance by supporting business development initiatives, client acquisition activities, and referral generation.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service while maintaining strong sales discipline.
• Comply with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
