What You’ll Do
· Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and delivery-ready inputs

· Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify flows, business rules, system behavior and data needs

· Create epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria, dependencies and expected outcomes

· Map end-to-end processes and customer journeys, including screen-level requirements and data considerations

· Assess scope, assumptions, risks and impacts of change, supporting prioritization with Product Owners

· Support agile ceremonies across squads, helping remove blockers and keep delivery on track

· Coordinate release and cutover activities including readiness, communications and post-release validation

Assist defect triage and issue resolution during testing and post-production stabilization

What Will Make You Shine
· Degree in an engineering, technology or equivalent discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

· Proven experience in Business Analysis and data analysis within banking, wealth management or technology delivery

· Wealth domain knowledge including investment and insurance products, with exposure to bonds and foreign exchange (FX) workflows

· Agile delivery capability across backlog refinement, sprint planning and story elaboration

· Ability to produce clear artifacts such as process flows, user journeys, use cases and impact assessments

· Experience supporting releases, deployments and production cutovers with strong attention to operational readiness

· Stakeholder management skills with clear communication across business and technology audiences

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Project

Nice to have

· ScrumMaster exposure or experience coordinating delivery across multiple squads

· Hands-on skills with SQL, Postman and application programming interfaces (APIs)including REST and SOAP

· Platform exposure to wealth or core banking systems such as Avaloq or Finacle
