Assistant Operations Manager (Outlets)

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager (Outlets) to support the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our outlets and ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in overseeing the daily operations of all outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
· Monitor outlet standards, including staff attendance, grooming, service quality, housekeeping and overall premises condition.
· Coordinate inventory management, including stock monitoring, forecasting, ordering and ensuring accurate inventory records.
· Work closely with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics and other departments on promotions, new products, treatments and operational initiatives.
· Coordinate the maintenance, servicing and repair of outlet equipment, facilities and systems with relevant vendors and contractors.
· Manage outlet staff rostering, leave administration and staff knowledge assessments.
· Ensure relevant licences, permits, certifications and regulatory requirements are properly maintained and renewed on time.
· Support internal quality and compliance audits and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are carried out.
· Coordinate IT support, including troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and procurement of IT hardware and software.
· Oversee general facilities and maintenance matters, including air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV and other outlet equipment.
· Prepare regular operational reports and documentation as required.
· Identify operational issues promptly and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, outlet management or a similar role.
· Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and external vendors.
· Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with operational systems.
· Detail-oriented with good follow-up and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel between outlets when required.
