Admin Data Processing Executive (West, 6 Months)

Job Scope:

• Gift Processing: Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent
• Acknowledgment: Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement
• Data Management: Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Process Improvement: Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols

Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30 am – 5.45 pm, Fri: 8.30 am – 5.15 pm

(Work-From-Home(WFH) arrangement: One day per week)

Salary: $3000-3500/Month

Requirements:

1. Meticulous with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
2. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Proficient in handling data and numbers
5. Good proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness

8. Minimum : Diploma in Business or Accountancy field

9. Knowledge of the non-profit sector and/or fundraising would be highly advantageous
