We are hiring Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding initiatives, including the development of collaterals such as brochures, videos and event visuals.

* Assist in managing digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals, ensuring content is engaging, timely and aligned with the organisation's brand identity.

* Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.

* Support career talks and outreach events at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) to build awareness and interest among prospective talent.

* Support the preparation of campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools to provide insights for future initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline with at least 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Relevant working experience in employer branding or talent attraction would be an advantage.

Proficient with applications such as CapCut and Canva.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Able to commence work ASAP.

Able to commit to contract duration until end April 2027.
