Technical Executive (Facilities / Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Monitor daily service delivery and ensure works are carried out as scheduled.
• Conduct routine site inspections and maintenance checks.
• Support supervision and coordination of contractors.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and asset databases.
• Support emergency response, activation and service recovery activities.
• Assist with preparation of reports, documentation and maintenance records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering, Built Environment or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Engineering Services will be advantageous.
• Good coordination, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders.
