Job Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.

* Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.

* Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.

* Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.

* Ensure the services are delivered in line with company's policies and comply to all relevant legislation requirements.

* Deliver HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within company's HR Group Shared Services.

* Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, especially in the healthcare sector.

* Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.

- Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year
