Job Scope:
• Investigate product quality issues and non-conformances
• Support customer complaint investigations and failure analysis
• Monitor QC test yield, process data and quality trends
• Manage QC laboratory activities and equipment readiness
• Support process validation and quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare quality performance reports and support audits/compliance activities

Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related field
• Min. 3 years of manufacturing QC experience in a regulated environment
• Experience in non-conformance, complaint investigation and process validation
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 / MDSAP
• QC laboratory experience preferred
• SAP / Lean Six Sigma / Lead Auditor exposure advantageous
