As a Patient Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assisting patient’s and next of kins with all their enquiries and feedbacks.
• Assisting the patient’s with appointment scheduling and financial administration.
• Management of patient’s records as well as processing the claims.
• Replenishing inventories stock and ensure that it is sufficient to run the operations.
• Register new patients, update electronic medical records, and manage basic clinic operations
• Serve as the main contact for patients from their initial enquiry all the way through treatment completion
• Explain treatment costs and timelines, process payments, and handle insurance or billing documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE “O” or “N” level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
• Service oriented and patient focused.
• Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.
