In-house Security Officer (Roving)

Job Summary

Perform security duties including roving patrols, access control, and facility protection across assigned sites to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular indoor and outdoor roving patrols across assigned sites.
• Prevent unauthorized entry, trespassing, intrusion, and vandalism.
• Monitor the proper use of site facilities by occupiers and visitors.
• Assist with workers’ check-in/check-out procedures.
• Verify security passes and authorized vehicles/personnel.
• Respond to security incidents and maintain proper reports.
• Travel between assigned locations according to the roving duty schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Private Licensed Security Officer (PLRD) licence.
• Able to read and write simple English.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Experience in security, Armed Forces, or Protective Services is preferred.

Other Information

• Alternating 5/6-day work weeks.
• Roving duty across assigned locations.
• Day and Night shifts available.
• Willingness to travel between assigned sites is required.
