Account cum Admin

• To assist the management, including of scheduling of meeting and appointment, email correspondence.
• Assist in daily office admin & support full-set accounting (eg. data entry, proper filing, bank recontiliation, AR, AP, accurate month-end closing, financial report etc)
• Operations support (licensing application, procurement, inventory management, ISO standard, etc)
• Work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• 5.5-Day work week
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with government agencies, eg. MyMOM Portal (WPOL, EPOL), Singapore Food Agency (SFA) / Health Sciences Authority (HSA) / Custom (TradeNet) /EnterpriseSG will be added advantage
• Able to work indepently and positive work attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Chinese)
• Able to handle Chinese speaking stakeholder
• Able to meet deadline and meticulous at work
