Freelance HR Executive

Responsibilities

General HR

• Manage the preparation of salary adjustment letters or confirmation letters when required.
• Prepare Probation Review Form to hiring manager when the employee is due for confirmation.
• Provide solutions to employees when there is any HR issue arises.

Work Pass Management

• Handle the work pass applications/renewals when required.

Recruitment

• Recruit process – from start to the end of process involves advertising, shortlisting candidates, arranging for hiring managers to interview etc.
• Onboarding process when new hires come on board and exit clearance for resignees.

Training & Development

• Monitor the list of trainings of existing employees especially those with mandatory safety passes – to send those to attend course before the safety pass expired.
• Source for course on soft skills when required.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR relevant working experience
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resourse Management
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Able to work independently
• Working on Freelance basis - 2 days per week in the office.
• Able to commence work in Nov 26.
