About this job
- Oversee and manage daily operations & projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers on product sourcing, pricing, stock availability, and delivery.
- Work closely with the sales, store, project, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor product quality, specifications, and availability.
- Manage stock planning and material requirements for ongoing projects.
- Monitor project and operational costs and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve product, material, and operational issues promptly.
- Improve workflow and internal operational procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the Operations & Product team.
- Prepare reports on inventory, products, suppliers, and operational performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Experience & strong knowledge in carpentry is preferred.
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or product management.
- Good understanding of material specifications, installation processes, and site requirements.
- Strong supplier coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
