Job Summary

As part of Multidata’s growth, the Finance & Admin Assistant role supports backend operations by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining process integrity, and overseeing financial and administrative tasks in a digitalized environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse key operational and sales metrics using integrated reporting tools to support business decisions
• Verify completeness and accuracy of financial records to maintain reliable accounting data
• Coordinate internal communication across finance and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain consistency and control in administrative processes to support operational efficiency
• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks to support the HR function as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• O level / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner
