Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Record daily warehouse operational dates into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Inventory System accurately and promptly to keep records fully up to date.

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up consistently to resolve requests.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipment schedules with customers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.

• Conduct and support weekly cycle counts as well as monthly and annual stock audits.

• Maintain structured files for warehouse documentation and keep accurate servicing records for equipment.

• Perform daily picking, packing, and transportation arrangements.

• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level education with at least 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word), with operating experience in VNA, stackers, or forklifts being a strong advantage.
