Responsibilities
- Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction to QCP’s product and solutions – primarily qualifying and handling inbound client flow.
- Provide consistent high-touch service to valued prospects / clients throughout their journey with the firm.
- Support the Sales Team in any campaign / initiative roll outs for client engagement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and meet client demands.
- Assist in any implementation enhancements to existing client service workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in real-time client-facing functions, especially regional corporates or UHNW clients.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are crucial.
- Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products (e.g. Spot, Options, Structured products) as well as general understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, including solving issues under high pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able to facilitate clients and cross departmental communication.
- Native-speaker or fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
