Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work aligns with project drawings and specifications
• Coordinate activities with suppliers and project team to maintain workflow and schedule
• Monitor progress and provide timely reports to management for informed decision-making
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly
• Enforce workplace safety compliance according to WSH regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Prepare clear and accurate site reports, records, and documentation for project tracking
• Participate in site meetings to communicate updates and coordinate project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with teams
• Responsible and proactive work approach with the ability to work independently
