As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Meet monthly sales targets through effective product promotion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive store environment.
• Support daily retail operations, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash, card, POS, and e-commerce transactions.
• Assist with inventory control, stock-taking activities, and product price updates.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE N or O level
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer service, ideally within the fashion industry.
