As an Operations Assistant, Catering, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Retrieve PAX loads from the ICCMS system and assist with casserole assembly and dishing based on flight schedules.
• Follow dishing schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned duties.
• Guide and monitor the performance of staff and service crew.
• Comply with HACCP, Medina food safety requirements, and hygiene standards
• Ensure adherence to all dishing SOPs.
• Operate metal detectors and casserole sealing machines.

• GCE N Level and above
