As a Staff Nurse (Medical Surgical), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in day-to-day ward rounds

• Assist in daily ADL of the patients

• Assessing patient health problems and needs

• Monitoring patients’ vital signs

• Implementing nursing care plan

• Maintaining and recording patients’ medical records

• Provide information to patients and family members to help them understand their treatment

• Ensure compliance to nursing procedures and policies

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board
