Facilities Technical Officer (Healthcare) – 1 Year Contract #HHL

🕘 Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm

Job Scope:
• Perform preventive maintenance and facilities servicing
• Troubleshoot electrical and air-conditioning faults
• Support building, mechanical and medical gas maintenance
• Maintain maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors

Requirements:
• Min. Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Management
• Min. 2–3 years of building maintenance experience can be considered
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience preferred
