About this job
- Maintain and troubleshoot customer ruggedized laptops when faults occur.
- Handle FRACA cases and respond to site issues in accordance with the agreed SLA.
- Perform quarterly Preventive Maintenance activities, including OS patching, SEP updates, and application updates.
- Support customer service requests and technical issues.
- Perform shift duties on a 24/7 basis as required
Requirements
- Diploma in IT
- At least 1 yr experience in IT infrastructure
- 5 dayweek @ AMK area (go on site whenever required)
- Singaporeans only
