Job Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

• Handle employee issues and resolve conflicts promptly.

• Prepare reports and update management on progress.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2years of relevant experience.

• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Willing to work during weekend and public holiday when required.
