R&D Executive (Formulation / Quality)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product formulations, including formulation calculations and recipe scaling.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including formulations, product specifications, and related records.
• Support product trials and ensure trial samples meet required specifications.
• Perform data analysis and maintain spreadsheets using Excel; support reporting and dashboard preparation (Power BI is an advantage).
• Coordinate raw material information and monitor R&D inventory/stock for product trials.
• Work closely with Production, QA, and Procurement to ensure smooth product implementation and manufacturing support.
• Verify raw material specifications and support quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in process improvements, formulation optimisation, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Support day-to-day R&D activities and technical projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of relevant food manufacturing experience
• Must have experience in PowerBI
