The client is a leading utility and infrastructure provider in Singapore. Currently seeking for a Executive Assistant (1 Year)

Location: East

Duration: 6 Months

Working Days: 5 days

Salary : $2000 - $3000

Your new role

• Manage end-to-end customer communications and provide timely updates throughout the refund process.
• Coordinate with external service providers to validate data, reconcile balances, and support refund processing activities.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to facilitate manual refund submissions and monitor payment status.
• Track and manage refund cases from initiation to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Prepare weekly refund batches and generate regular reports on refund progress, outstanding cases, and operational performance.
• Drive the successful closure of refund cases by proactively following up on unresolved matters and supporting ad hoc operational and administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data validation and filtering
