Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to define, evaluate and execute projects
- Plays a strategic role in collaboration with E2E cross functional stakeholders during project/program definition/ development to ensure scope, plan and rollout is aligned with key project/program deliverables
- Drive teams through the governance processes
- Lead the cross functional project team during project/programs definition and evaluation including roll-out plans, resources and risks
- Has strong review and risk sensing and change management capabilities and this is exhibited by a robust review and governance program to assess risk, mitigation and driving change management
- Partner with cross functional teams during project/program concept phase to ensure scope, inputs, plans and constraints are identified and included
- Manage conflicting priorities and highly complex projects/programs.
- Provide overall leadership and coordination of projects/programs from definition to completion
- Develop and maintain project/program timelines and integrate cross functional and cross regional updates
Requirements
- Degree in any Fields of studies with minimum 8 years of experience in project management and supply planning background
- Has an eye for detail and ability to identify, monitor, communicate and resolve issues, scope changes, or other hurdles that may arise during the project execution
- Ability to coordinate and lead project team meetings as-needed. Maintaining effective communication and working relationships among project core team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; can work with details and ability to manage large excel data, dashboarding
- Outstanding follow-up skills to ensure that actions are completed and issues are resolved in a timely manner
