Logistics Assistant / Logistics Coordinator (Changi Airfreight)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete pharmaceutical logistics shipments.

• Liaise with customers regarding shipment orders.

• Book airfreight with airlines and execute Air Waybills (AWBs). Training will be provided.

• Update import and export product inventories.

• Pick and pack pharmaceutical products.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the airfreight or logistics industry.

• Minimum O-Level qualification or above.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
