Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive administrative and Human Resources support in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations while fostering employee engagement and contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management, filing, record maintenance, and data entry.
- Manage incoming calls, direct enquiries to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors on the procurement, maintenance, and renewal of office services and facilities, including water filtration systems, floor mats, indoor plants, cleaning services, and employee transportation.
- Administer and distribute monthly food vouchers to eligible employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of pantry supplies and office stationery.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification and overtime administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities, including sourcing training providers, registration, and related administration.
- Support the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with dormitory operators and service providers to address accommodation-related matters.
- Organise and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, and company events.
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR and administrative projects and perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or HR & Admin support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
