Assistant EHS Officer (MFG Industry/East Area)

• Maintain and update EHS documentation, records, and reports.
• Ensure proper filing, document control, and audit readiness.
• Prepare and track EHS reports, forms, and supporting documents.
• Monitor document submissions, approvals, and expiry dates.
• Maintain records of inspections, risk assessments, incidents, training, and permits.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and verify EHS information.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide administrative support to the EHS team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in EHS documentation, document control, administration.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
