Key Responsibilities
Site & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate daily M&E activities on-site with main contractor and subcontractors
- Assist in monitoring installation works for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Identify and report design clashes and site issues
Drawing & Document Control
- Review and coordinate M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
- Assist in method statements and inspection checklists
Testing & Inspection
- Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities
- Assist in preparing testing reports and handover documentation
Project Support
- Track M&E work progress and report delays or risks
- Assist in coordination meetings and preparation of technical reports
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery and technical matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in construction projects
