Process Improvement Specialist [Regional | $3500 | MNC] RRKC

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support process improvement initiatives across the Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East (APMEA) region.

You will work closely with regional and country teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive Lean/Six Sigma projects, and promote a continuous improvement culture across SG&A functions.

Job Summary:

• 12 Months Contract
• Nearest MRT - Haw Par Villa
• Up to $3,500/month

Key Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects across SG&A functions.
• Analyse business processes, workflows and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process analysis, value stream mapping and problem-solving activities.
• Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.
• Work with country and regional teams to track project progress, performance and results.
• Support PPI/Lean training and awareness activities for employees and leaders.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture through communications, events and sharing of success stories.
• Manage and maintain regional PPI resources, knowledge databases, newsletters and recognition programmes.
• Support the administration and use of digital improvement tools such as Dploy and EPPIC.

Role Requirements

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Digitally savvy with good Microsoft 365 skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and data analysis.
• Knowledge of data visualisation and project management is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with regional and cross-functional teams.
